that good server with every thing about ragnarok terms and they are trying to keep live a original ragnarok alive well who is missing original ragnarok those should come in this server i recommend thank you men

i made an account just to leave this server a nice review. probably the best server i've played on and i hope it gains some popularity this year. this server has a ton of custom features and none of them really break the design philosophy of RO; it still does a great job of delivering a familiar traditional experience. the staff is very responsive and respectful as well!

This is the server I've been looking for the past 10 years. If you're an old school RO player that could never get that amazing feeling we used to get in 2005-2006 ever after then this server is for you

A very nice low rate server with a lot of meaningful rebalancing and quite a few nice custom dungeons. Ninjas and gunslingers coming soon, and trans classes some time after that. Currently (as of january) server is in-between WoE seasons, so population hybernates a bit, so it is a good time to hunt some mvps and rare mobs.

I was looking for a classic server for the nostalgia of playing IRO 20 years ago, and payon stories does not disappoint! Healthy economy and helpful community. I could not ask for more in a server! The custom content is a nice twist too, and finding a party is pretty easy. I am so glad I found this server :)

This is the first server since the early days back in 2004 that has captivated me for months. The server offers a classic experience that is improved by well-thought balance changes and adjustments to mob spawns and items. The community is incredibly friendly and helpful, always eager to help either in-game on ir the discord. There's always some event happening that offers costumes or other cosmetic changes such as dyes. The only downside is that the number of active players could be higher.

Coming Back to PS after 8 months and loving the experience as if it was the first time. Population has decreased a bit but its stable. Gameplay with rebalances are really on another level and new content is always on its way. Waiting for transclases to come.

One of the best pre-trans servers I've played, tweaks to classes are well thought and solve issues with the original design for some classes that needed it. Recently released rebalanced endless tower - great stuff. Custom dungeons they made also feel like something from the original game - great execution on that. Minor inconvenience is that the server is small so new content takes time to develop

I'd like to clarify that my rating in Eventfulness does not reflect a low opinion on my part. I believe it's fine if a server just lets you get on with playing the game normally and people shouldn't be under pressure to host a bunch of bespoke content and events. They've done good work rebalancing XP and skills. Overall I love the atmosphere and you really can't go wrong with this fully classic realistic-rate experience.

I have played for around 4 weeks on Payon Stories now and can honestly say it is one of the best experiences I have ever had in RO. The community feels similiar to the „old days“ and I believe this is due to the multi client ban. We actually have meaningful party play again and you get to connect to real people. I can‘t remember the last time I interacted with this many people in a game! The custom featurs and balance changes are carefully implemented and the economy is stable. Give it a try!
